Demand Generation Manager

General Overview

We are looking for our first Demand Generation Manager to join our small marketing team. This high visibility and high impact role is an opportunity to build the foundations of a successful demand generation function. Implement your dream playbook tailored to the needs of our business, and then scale it with the growth of the business. If that sounds exciting, read on.

As a critical subject matter expert of the demand generation strategy, you will work in collaboration with the VP of Marketing to build a high-performing demand generation program. Help us deliver net new leads and convert existing opportunities through:

  • • End-to-end campaign management

  • • Drip and nurture email tracks

  • • ABM program

  • • Inbound strategy and management

  • • Event lead flow oversight

We will build out a full-fledged marketing funnel for (and in partnership) with sales, as well as establish the proper marketing operations and reporting infrastructure. At the top of your to-do list will be implementing a marketing automation solution, integrating it with Salesforce, and using our own intelligent automation platform to drive greater efficiency.

Job Requirements & Credentials

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional with 4-6 years of start-up, B2B demand generation and digital marketing experience. Our ideal candidate will be a self-driven, ambitious individual who lives for data and is a lead generation machine. While we do not expect you to know everything, we do expect you to have enough experience to be effective from day one. Success will require an ability to seamlessly transition from strategy to tactical, hands-on execution. Excellent communication skills, emotional IQ, collaborative nature, analytical mindset and strong work ethic are essential for this role. Ideal candidates will have experience with marketing automation solutions (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot), digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO Moz, Heat, etc.) and Salesforce.com.
